World of Confusion

My dad posted in his blog a commercial about how a father and son are in what seems to be an argument but really everything they are saying is very nice. I was looking for the commercial online but couldn't find it but I did find the original commercial that come out in 2006. here you go and enjoy!

Some of the best TV right now (summer doldrums) are the commercials. So Since I have not had a lot to blog about I am going to start to give you my favorite commercials.

Week in Review

This week has been about following the Brewers, Packer updates and of course the elusive job hunt.

Also, Dominic was taken on his first fishing trip on Lake Michigan with his Papa (grampa to those non-German's). He had a blast, they caught one small fish and one large one on got on but the release was accidentally hit and it got away (typical fishing story). Dominic was insistent on taking the camera, which made me nervous but I put new batteries in and he got some great photo's. Two in particular stood out. Jen then submitted it to the Sheboygan Press's Camera Corner and one of his was picked to be online. I told her that he looks at home on the water. My Thoughts On Bonds

I was watching SportsCenter this morning and they were showing the highlights of Barry Bonds trying to break the home run record. But instead of being pitched to the opposing team walked him instead, break to his wife and kids doing the "chicken" dance in the stands. I was really disappointed that Mom thought this was appropriate.....maybe it was me.

I am not really following the home run race, to be honest I don't really care. Is it because I don't care? No, more because I think Bonds is an ass. Now if he wasn't such an ass I would care and even love the watch, steroids doesn't even enter in my enjoyment of the HR. I mean we love the long ball and if steroids gives us an extra 100 feet than so be it.

Bottom line is Barry is an ass and perfect redemption would be for him not to get the record this year so he has to go through another full season of being booed...now that is Karma.
