Interview
I had an interview today with a financial mortgage company. I am getting really good at picking out the sales jobs that are "hidden" as other jobs. This one was for a mortgage loan officer, but I new better really.
Ok first off if you are going to disguise a sales job as something else lets start with the office, which looks like it can be broken down and moved at any point....you know just in case the feds show up.
Also in the interview itself, don't do a recruiting job......this one is a big pet peeve of mine. I don't want to be recruited I want to be interviewed and beat everyone else out cause I have
her and
her to make me cool and stuff.
I didn't say but three words for almost 30 minutes before he asked if I had any questions....at which point I said nope and got the hell out the door before....well...the feds showed up.
And one last thing, if the potencial earnings range between 15K and 300K you know you are in trouble. What they don't tell you is the ass kissing that takes place just to make 15K and the person that is making 300K is just a fictious person that all the sales people are striving to achieve but actually feel worse cause this "person" that is making 300K is soooooo much better than everyone else. I think that I am now going to call him Durk, yes that fictious person that is making all this money now is Durk....cause it rhymes with something else.
