You know, there's like a butt-load of gangs at this school. This one gang kept wanting me to join because I'm pretty good with a bo staff. "Napoleon Dynamite"

Bearded wonder

So this whole job thing is really getting on my nerves.....So back to basics

Being that I am superstitious by nature (all my years of sports I guess) I decided that it is time for the beard to come in. I have tried this in the past and have not had much luck. Not for the fact that I can't grow one but rather something comes up that I have to shave it....Once it was the birth of a child (no way jen was going to let the first pictures of father and son be with a beard) and another time I was looking for a new job.......So lets give this a try and see if the phone starts to ring some shall we?

Now, you didn't ask for opinions, but I just have to give one. (Something new for me!!!) Personally, I vote "nay" to growing a beard while you're looking for a job. The growing-out stage looks "unkept" and terrible. A clean shaven face will sell "you" much better. It's important to show your face and not hide behind a beard. Let's say 2 guys are standing next to each other, same qualification; one gets the job, the other doesn't. Which one was picked? You know. Dad just came home and I asked him his opinion. He said, "absolutely do not grow a beard now" and related a story that just happened this morning when he went to get his hair cut by Mark (remember him?) Mark told dad he did not hire a hair stylist, even though her personality was great and she was attractive, because she had 2 tatoos showing. He does not want any tatoos showing in his salon! Not fair, but reality!!!!! Grow a beard, if you choose, after you're hired and everyone gets to know "Paul" and your great personality.

Opps....let me clarify this......the beard will come off before an interview process.....I would never go into an interview with a beard that would be suicide........

but the beard stays until interview calls start coming.

The beard stays!!!

Let me clarify this...the beard stays only until I get a call for an interview...I would never go to an interview with a beard.
